Thirty-two years’ experience in the construction field, developed and maintained budget analysis /cost tracking reports. Maintain and monitor the permit database for soil excavation, concrete penetrations and permit processes. Daily interaction with project managers, construction managers, superintendents, first and second line shop supervisors, facility points of contact, inspectors, building coordinators and wildlife biologists. Facilitate excellent communication between contractors subcontractors and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations.
