Over Forty years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control. Fields of Experience include Buildings & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Transportation, Power, Wastewater, and other Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. Included working domestic and overseas in both Design Offices and the Sites, developing, reviewing, and mentoring all phases of projects from Study phase, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning with international Owners, Consultants, and EPC Contractors\ from 2 million to 20+billion worth of projects.

Preparing Narrative Analysis to the Vice President of Project Management
Establishing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Project Management
Performing Earned Value (EV) Analysis on selected projects
Reviewing Detailed Contractor Prepared Schedules, Manpower, and Productivity
Bench marking Studies both within and outside Aramco (CII & IPA, & CERA)
Supervising a number of Cost / Scheduling Engineers and developing competencies
Conducting research on New Initiatives in Project Management Practices
Conducting PEP & Schedule Optimization Workshops
Implementing Best Practices in Project Management
Analyzing Contractors Claims and Participating in Negotiations
Writing and updating Project Controls Manuals & Procedures
Teaching courses and conducting seminars and workshops on Project Controls to over 300 Engineers every year for 11 years
