  • Main Office, Field Offices and Management:     preparation of bids and schedules, cost projections, budgeting, contracts, permits, material purchasing, progress payments, prepare performance appraisals, review daily reports, monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, Environmental Safety and Health and QA/QC programs, random drug screening, security reviews, performed final inspections, final acceptance, prepared and approved as-built drawings.

  • Government Oversight:     Construction Manager; prepare utility locations, bid evaluations, design-build, design reviews, construction oversight / inspections, prepare price requests, review subcontractor cost breakdowns, enforce compliance with plans, specifications, standards, codes, regulations, LLNL and L.B.N.L. standards; evaluation of claims and time extension & reject if not justified, schedule an as-built review, process submittals and R.F.I.’s, etc.

  • Enforced compliance:     with plans, specifications, permits, codes, and standards.

  • Adept at communication:     with clients, design team, management, subcontractors, 8 a subcontractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, public forums, and field personnel.

  • Company Problem Solving:     specializing in troubled projects re-staffing, implementing new policies and procedures, restoring company-client relations to the completion of the project.

  • General Construction:     design-build, computer, user support building, generic office buildings, multi-use buildings, labs, clean rooms, electrical systems, TI [Interior Build out}.

  • Decontamination and Demolished:     buildings, chemical plants, drying towers, above ground storage tanks, missile silos, etc.

  • Civil Construction:     soil prep, wick drains, surcharge retaining wall, earthwork, super-pads, roadways, drainage basins, etc.

  • Utility infrastructure removal and installation:     large diameter sewer, water, and storm drain systems, electrical, commutations, gas force main, deep excavation, box culverts, de-watering systems, shoring systems, etc.

  • Fuel Systems removal and replacement:     above and underground storage tanks, piping (welded steel, fiberglass, etc.) appurtenances, construction of multi fuels storage and off load systems, fuel control, detentions systems, buildings, and offices, etc.

  • Vertical Construction:     design-build, masonry, block, steel frame and concrete tilt-up buildings, office buildings, labs, laser clean rooms, etc.

  • Concrete:     footings, steam walls, slabs, ring walls, concrete containment trenches, slabs and large concrete pours.

  • Contaminated site remediation:     asbestos abatement, emergency response, TNT, PCB, Hydrocarbon, lead and pesticides decontamination/clean-up.

  • New Creek and Wetlands:     relocation and creation, compliance with mitigation plans and U.S.A.C.E., EPA, Fish and Wildlife, Fish and Game, R.W.Q.C.B., D.T.S.C. and City permits, etc.

  • Levee:     repairs, slurry wall construction, dredging, wetlands and creek creation.

  • Water:     treatment systems and oil water separators. wastewater treatment plants, water plants, 

  • clean Up:     landfill closures, large areas of fire debris clean-up.
