 Project controls planning, scheduling, and estimating duties for the Bay Area Management Consultants (BAMC) and assists BATA (MTC) to track project costs and schedule performance on the Bay Bridge Program. Provides cost and schedule feedback in analyzing construction claims for the Bay Bridge Skyway and Benicia Martinez Projects. Responsibilities for the SFOBB Contract include schedule development timeline, Constructability reviews, and Earned Value reporting system.   

SFOBB Self Anchor Suspension contract

Used Earned Value System extensively to track progress and identify early warning to management. This was augmented with regular site visit to China, enabling program team to mitigate program risks, during Structural steel Fabrication, and also during field installation of the Self Anchor Suspension project Cable system. As Project Control Coordinator, conducts meeting for SFOBB Foundation Removal CMGC project, and tracks deliverables and key issue list follow up with Caltrans, MTC, CTC, and CEC and Kiewit Mason contractors, interfaces with program managers on SFOBB- BATA, and Caltrans.
