Chris is a great communicator and a real team player Chris has a variety of experiences in government, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. He has 15 years of experience in construction and 10 years of experience prior to that in operations and sales. He is experienced with all aspects of construction on site. He managed numerous solar projects throughout the country as well as ground-up educational projects. He is well suited to manage deferred maintenance type projects and can work well with Facilities, Asset Managers, Contractors, Engineers, and U.C. Berkeley Capital Projects, Government Projects.

TKK LLC

Chris is just coming off performing Field Coordination of the 3 Prime Contractors (G.C., M.e.c.h., and Electrical) of a 113,000 square foot four story ground up, 15 MW data center utilizing N+1 power, UPS, P.D.U., chillers, C.R.A.H. units, RTUs and raised access floor. Project also includes a 50 MW expansion of the existing substation as well as customer support space.

Multiple Projects from emergency lighting at Zellerbach Hall, cooling tower, supply fans, at Latimer Hall, roofs at University Hall and Koshland Hall, room remodel at University Hall, dish room remodel at the Crossroads Dinning Hall. Façade and window repairs to maintain the historical integrity of a 1921 building. Project evaluation for seismic, ADA, life safety for a building. Trayer 12 kv Medium Voltage, Steam Manhole Replacement.

Photovoltaic (Solar) Install of 140 Megawatts 

Multiple Solar projects in California, Arizona, Texas, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Hawaii, Maryland and Massachusetts. Managed Construction Managers, Superintendents and Project Managers on projects for Agricultural, Commercial, Schools and Utility Scale, from Trackers, Car Ports, Fixed Ground and Roof Mounts, Ballast Mounts on roofs and landfills. Managed electrical, mechanical, civil, and utilities.

Alcatraz Island SS

Solar Install Project 340 kw 

Complete removal of old roof with structural repair of existing concrete roof deck and install of new roof material prior to installing the solar panels and racking. Maintaining the historical integrity of the buildings during all phases and following the recommendations and approval of SHHPO. Handled all logistics for contractors and material barging/transport to the island. Project installed Solar Roof mount with Battery Back Up, Managed electrical, mechanical & roofing contractors.

Pittsburgh Unified School District

Solar Install Project

Install carport, ground mount and rooftop solar arrays at 12 school sites. This required structural steel installation & underground utility placement of the electrical conduit. Constant communication with the school sites to avoid disruption of day-to-day operations of the schools. Coordinated all sites & oversaw the structural and electrical contractors on the project.

Multitude of Government & Educational Projects 

Projects were ground up projects that included civil, environmental, structural, LEED and design build. Projects included a Shannon Community Center in Dublin CA, CSU Maritime Academy Simulator Facility in Vallejo CA, Fremont Water Park in Fremont CA, Las Positas Community College in Livermore CA. Managed all trades and contractors for these projects from civil, electrical, mechanical, painting, drywall, concrete, plumbing, stucco.

Sala Burton Maritime National Park Service 

Removal of 1930 era steel windows & replacing them with stainless steel frames. Remove the existing roof tiles to the roof deck and re-roof to make watertight with new roof drains. Structural reinforcement of the roof & walls, and elevator install. Maintaining the historical integrity of the building, protecting the existing building and matching what we had to repair to the satisfaction of the historical preservation of the NPS.

 

San Francisco Bay Area

Federal and City Projects 

Several projects at the Lawrence Livermore National Lab including a water plant with a new motor control center and steel building to run the pumps and cooling tower for the lab. Worked on the NIF Directive glazing and caulking of the windows and exterior. Also, two storage buildings for the City of Fremont Fire Department to store fire trucks and shop areas for the repair of equipment. Managed all trades and contractors for these projects from civil, electrical, mechanical, painting, drywall, concrete, plumbing, stucco.
